逐句读懂 · Sentence breakdown

先读荷兰语,再展开语法。Read first, then open the grammar notes.

01

Geachte heer / mevrouw [naam],

尊敬的 [姓名] 先生 / 女士:
Dear Mr / Ms [name],

语法拆解 · Grammar

Geachte 是正式称呼中使用的形容词形式;heer = 先生,mevrouw = 女士。正式邮件里使用 u / uw 表示尊敬。

Geachte is the adjective form used in formal salutations. Use u (you) and uw (your) for formal address.

02

Ik schrijf u omdat ik morgen niet naar onze afspraak kan komen.

我写信给您,是因为我明天不能来赴约。
I am writing to you because I cannot come to our appointment tomorrow.

语法拆解 · Grammar

主句:Ik(主语)+ schrijf(变位动词)+ u(收信对象)。omdat 引导原因从句,kan komen 放在从句末尾。naar 表示去往;onze afspraak = 我们的约会。

Main clause: Ik + schrijf + u. Omdat introduces a reason clause, with kan komen at the end. Naar marks direction; onze means our with the de-word afspraak.

03

Ik wil de afspraak graag verzetten.

我想把这次约定改期。
I would like to reschedule the appointment.

语法拆解 · Grammar

wil 来自 willen(想要),是情态动词;verzetten 用原形放句末。graag 表示乐意、希望,在这里让请求更委婉。de 表示双方已知的那次约定。

Wil is a modal form of willen. The infinitive verzetten goes at the end. Graag makes the wish sound polite; de refers to the known appointment.

04

Ik heb morgen een belangrijke afspraak bij de tandarts.

我明天有一个重要的牙医预约。
I have an important appointment with the dentist tomorrow.

语法拆解 · Grammar

heb 来自 hebben(有)。morgen 是时间状语。afspraak 是 de 名词,因此这里的形容词 belangrijk 加 -e:een belangrijke afspraak。bij de tandarts 是“在牙医那里 / 与牙医”。

Heb means have. Morgen is a time expression. Afspraak is a de-word, so the adjective takes -e here. Bij de tandarts means at/with the dentist.

05

Daarom kan ik niet op het afgesproken tijdstip komen.

所以我不能在约定的时间到场。
Therefore I cannot come at the agreed time.

语法拆解 · Grammar

Daarom 放句首,kan 仍占主句第二位,所以主语 ik 放在 kan 后面。komen 原形放句末。op het … tijdstip = 在……时间点。afgesproken 是 afspreken 的过去分词,这里修饰 tijdstip。

Daarom takes the first position, so kan comes second and ik follows it. Komen is the final infinitive. Afgesproken is a past participle used as an adjective.

06

Kunt u de afspraak verzetten naar volgende week dinsdag, 28 oktober, om 14.00 uur?

您能把预约改到下周二,10 月 28 日,下午两点吗?
Could you move the appointment to next Tuesday, 28 October, at 2 p.m.?

语法拆解 · Grammar

一般疑问句:Kunt(变位动词)+ u(主语)。verzetten 是原形;这里 naar … 是放在动词后的补充时间信息。om 用于钟点;volgende week = 下周。

Yes/no question: Kunt + u. Verzetten is an infinitive; the naar phrase follows it as additional scheduling information. Use om for clock times.

07

Als dat niet kan, hoor ik graag wanneer het wel uitkomt.

如果不行,请告诉我什么时候方便。
If that is not possible, I would be glad to hear when it would be convenient.

语法拆解 · Grammar

Als dat niet kan 是条件从句,kan 在末尾。整个从句放第一位,主句因此是 hoor ik。wanneer 引导间接问句,uitkomt 放末尾。wel 在此强调“确实可以 / 方便”,与前面的 niet 呼应。

The if-clause ends in kan. With that clause first, the main clause uses hoor ik. The indirect question with wanneer ends in uitkomt. Wel contrasts with the earlier niet: a time that does work.

08

Alvast bedankt voor uw begrip.

提前感谢您的理解。
Thank you in advance for your understanding.

语法拆解 · Grammar

bedankt voor … = 感谢……。alvast = 提前;uw = 您的,是物主限定词,后面接名词 begrip。它不同于作主语或宾语的 u。

Bedankt voor means thank you for. Alvast means in advance. Uw is possessive (your); u is the subject/object form (you).

09

Met vriendelijke groet,

此致敬意 / 顺祝安好,
Kind regards,

语法拆解 · Grammar

固定邮件结束语。met = 带着 / 以;vriendelijke 修饰 groet。groet 是名词“问候”,这里用单数。

A standard email closing: met = with, vriendelijke = kind/friendly, groet = greeting. Groet is singular here.

拆开记单词 · Build your vocabulary

只拆有实际帮助的构词部分;记忆联想不等于词源。Meaningful word parts are distinguished from memory aids.

de afspraak

预约;约定 · appointment

af + spraak

与 afspreken(约定)一起记。spraak 与 spreken(说)相关;把“通过交谈定下来的事”作为记忆联想。不要把 af 在此机械翻译为“离开”。

Learn it with afspreken (to arrange). Spraak is related to speaking; “an arrangement made by talking” is a memory aid.

verzetten

改期;挪动 · reschedule / move

ver- + zetten

zetten = 放置;ver- 在这里可联想位置或安排的改变。afspraak verzetten = 改约。ver- 在其他单词中不一定有同样意思。

Zetten means to put/place. Here ver- suggests a change of position or arrangement; it is not a universal translation of this prefix.

belangrijke

重要的 · important

belang + -rijk + -e

belang = 重要性 / 利益;-rijk 有“富有……、具有……”的构词含义;belangrijk = 重要的;-e 是形容词词尾。

Belang = importance/interest; -rijk forms adjectives meaning rich in; -e is the adjective ending here.

de tandarts

牙医 · dentist

tand + arts

tand = 牙齿;arts = 医生。复合名词,最后部分 arts 决定这个词指一种医生。

Tand = tooth; arts = doctor. The final component is the head of this compound.

afgesproken

约定好的 · agreed

af + ge + sprok + en

来自可分动词 afspreken。过去分词里 ge 放在 af 后:af-ge-sproken。spreken → gesproken 是不规则变化,不要按规则猜成 gespreekt。

From separable afspreken: ge goes after af. Spreken → gesproken is an irregular participle.

het tijdstip

时间点 · point in time

tijd + stip

tijd = 时间;stip = 点。组合成“时间上的一个点”。

Tijd = time; stip = dot. Together: a particular point in time.

daarom

因此 · therefore

daar + om

daar = 那里 / 那;om 在这个组合中与原因相关。整体记为“因为那件事 → 所以”,区别于 omdat(因为)。

Learn the whole adverb as “for that reason.” Unlike omdat, it does not introduce a subordinate reason clause.

uitkomt

方便;合适 · suits / works

uit + kom + -t

来自可分动词 uitkomen。主句:Het komt goed uit. 从句:… wanneer het uitkomt。kom 来自 komen;-t 是这里的现在时词尾。

From separable uitkomen. Main clause: het komt … uit; subordinate clause: … het uitkomt. -t marks this present-tense form.

vriendelijke

友好的 · kind / friendly

vriend + -elijk + -e

vriend = 朋友;-elijk 构成形容词:vriendelijk;再加 -e 成为 vriendelijke。联想:像朋友一样友善。

Vriend = friend; -elijk forms the adjective vriendelijk; -e is the inflectional ending.

het begrip

理解 · understanding

与 begrijpen 一起记 / pair with begrijpen

begrijpen = 理解;begrip = 理解(名词)。词形有变化,建议作为一对学习,不把它硬拆成现代可自由组合的小块。

Learn the noun begrip with the verb begrijpen. Treat them as a word family rather than a simple productive prefix/suffix formula.

volgende

下一个的 · next

volg + -end + -e

volgen = 跟随;volgend = 接下来的;volgende week = 下一周。-end 用于现在分词形式,-e 是词尾。

Volgen = to follow; volgend = following; volgende week = next week. -end forms the present participle, followed here by -e.

alvast

提前;先行 · in advance

整体记忆 / learn as a unit

实用搭配:Alvast bedankt! 不建议把 al 和 vast 分别直译再拼起来;这会误导句中的实际意思。

Memorize Alvast bedankt as a useful chunk. Literal translations of the parts do not reliably give the meaning here.

四个核心句型 · Four useful patterns

句型 Pattern 规则 Rule 例句 Example

主动回忆 · Practice

先尝试,再看答案。Try before revealing the answer.

2. 把这些词排成一句话。 / Put the words in order.
ik / Daarom / niet / kan / komen

Daarom kan ik niet komen.
Daarom 占第一位 → kan 第二位 → ik 主语。
Daarom comes first, so the subject follows the finite verb.

3. 请用自己的原因和日期写一封邮件。 / Write your own reason and date.
